Body Building is a great style of training that involves building muscle and reducing body fat, with the aim of supporting long term health and wellbeing. A full body, low impact approach to fitness, our facilities are equipped to support this training style, with free weight benches, dumbbells and Olympic bars to maximise your potential.

We have an array of LifeFitness cardiovascular training machines. Including treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, and a stepper. To complete the cardio area we also have multiple Concept2 rowing machines, providing you with a fine selection of equipment to support your general fitness and cardiovascular endurance goals.
- Indoor Group Cycling

Indoor Group Cycling is a great mix of cardio training and flexibility with a focus on low impact movement and low risk activity at an achievable pace. This cardiovascular and lower body workout is a great way to improve fitness, while socialising.

In addition to the resistance training machines, we have a full rack of dumbbells of varying weights, as well as benches on which to perform your chosen exercises, including a bicep curl bench. Several bars and free weight plates are also provided to enable your choice of workout.

The spacious wooden floored studio is where all of our group classes are held. With mirrors on two sides, you can easily check your form as you perform the many exercises in our ever popular classes. The studio is also fully air conditioned, and has adjustable lighting to provide the right mood for each class. Equipped with yoga mats, box steps, barbells and of course our studio bikes, the studio will become a familar and welcoming pace for both regulars and beginners alike. Our popular classes are a regular event in the studio, occuring several times a week.

The centre is fully equipped with several modern LifeFitness resistance training machines covering all major muscle groups. Also present are a pair of LifeFitness cable resistance and pull-up machines offering versatile exercise potential, as well as a Smiths bench press with multiple weight plates and an adjustable incline bench.
- Functional Training Area

Our functional training area is a nice open space with access to stability balls, kettlebells and mats. Whether you are following one of our ‘in house’ programmes or training freely, this area is great for low impact core exercises and also spacious enough for ‘aerobic conditioning’ workouts. All members are also welcome to use the class studio when it is vacant.
